CNC HIGH PRECISION MACHINING MULTI SPINDLE INDEX MS52 AND MS40

The CNC machines are fully automatic and the programs can be programmed by a computer assisted system.

This technology of CNC machines index MS52 and MS40, allows high precision and also a very high speed in terms of machining.

Such technology changed our working methods including digital conception, what open multiple possibilities to produce very complex design with CNC mono or multi spindles.

We have massively invested in the CNC technology many years ago and we can offer available capacities with recent CNC machines. Due to our investment policy we can also study new necessary investments in case of need for your new projects. 

​We are equipped with several Index MS52 and MS40. Some machines are alimented by robot for a fully automatic line from a cold forging slug, bar or tube.

Since 2008, an important investment policy has been set up. It allows to invest every year 9% of the turnover and get innovative and recent machine for our clients with a long term vision.
Then, VICARI VIOLLAND is focus on the last innovations to implement automatisation or new methods of production which would be the most adapted.
Nevertheless, to implement such multi spindle line with robot to aliment a slug in cold forging or deep drawing, volumes need to be superior to 100 000 parts per year approximately. We can study very complex designs as we have 10 years of experience in mass production with several millions parts delivered every year in the automotive industry on existing process.

Most of the time, the CNC high precision machining is dedicated to the most exigent sectors. VICARI VIOLLAND works today for the automotive, trucks, energy, domotic, leisures and e-mobility.

To manage the needed productivity level and reply to the strong demands in term of competitiveness, we developed fully automatic solutions using less and less materials. Then, we produce from tube, deep-drawing, cold forging, special profiled sections mainly in our INDEX CNC machine MS52 and MS40 equipped with a robot to aliment the machining operations.
