VICARI VIOLLAND implemented internally a quality system in a zero defect target.
The quality resources are working in cooperation with production teams to the quality improvement of our management system and our procedures to validate the productions according to our standards.
From the beginning of our management system based on the functions procurement and quality, we improved significantly the repeatability of our production processes increasing significantly the quality management and our quality index. Most of all, the client satisfaction is our priority.
Then, we increased significantly our customer satisfaction during the last 5 years thanks to a rigorous quality management system. We recently continuously obtained a service rate up to 95% from our clients awarding our improvement plan and our quality management system.
